If you like to train with other people, our group trainings are perfect option for you. It is led by one of our skilled personal trainers who adapt the training to each individual and put it together into an energetic and motivating group hour. Here we motivate each other as well as train and learn with and from each other. Everyone reaches individual and common goals with laughter and sweat with the feeling of energy within a community. In our group trainings, we work in small groups, we use the whole body by combining both strength and
endurance exercises, as well as we train inside and out so you would have fun in addition to achieving your individual goals.
Endurance training is performed in different ways where person works with different intensities in relation to what he/she wants to achieve. With endurance training, we want to improve your muscular endurance, improve and strengthen your cardiovascular system, increase your lung capacity,
burn fat and give you more energy, wellness and fitness in everyday life.
Functional training means to train the entire body in a way that involves more muscle groups and which purpose is to make you stronger in daily life.
Functional training focuses on improving movement through strength, fitness, mobility and much more.
