Everyone is welcome to come by, test the sauna, enjoy warm drinks and snacks, and see what this new experience is all about.
Remember to bring swimwear and a towel if you’d like to try the sauna!

SAUNA – RULES & GUIDELINES
Stove & Safety
Only fresh water may be poured on the stones above the stove. Sea or salt water damages the stones and the heater. Incorrect use may lead to liability for damages.
Pour only small amounts of water at a time.
If you wish to use essential oils, mix a few drops into fresh water first – never pour oils directly onto the stones.
Do not overfire the stove. Use a maximum of 4 logs at once (half-full chamber). Overfiring creates fire hazards and makes it impossible to regulate the heat.
Do not touch the stove, stones, or any metal parts – they are extremely hot.
Heating & Maintenance
If you are the first guest of the day, please arrive 30 minutes early to heat up the sauna before your booking (free of charge).
Before you leave, place 1–2 logs in the stove to help keep the sauna warm for the next guests.
Hygiene & Behavior
The sauna must be used with swimwear only.
Always use a towel on the bench when sitting or lying down.
Take a quick shower or rinse off before entering.
Bring a bottle of water and an extra towel for after your session.
Keep the sauna tidy and take all personal belongings and trash with you when leaving.
Respect other guests – stay within your booked time.
Not Allowed
Alcohol, food, smoking, and snus are not allowed inside the sauna.
Never pour salt water, beer, soda, coffee, oils, or any other liquids on the stones.
Visibly intoxicated persons are not permitted to use the sauna.
Please show respect for the neighborhood – avoid loud noise outside and note that public urination is prohibited.
Important Safety Tips for Children (under 16)
There should always be at least two people in the sauna – this is especially important when children are present.
Adults must always supervise and keep an eye on children inside the sauna.
If a child feels dizzy, sleepy, or has a rapid heartbeat, leave the sauna immediately.
Children often tolerate less heat than adults, so monitor them carefully and limit time if needed.
Make sure children drink plenty of water before, during, and after the sauna session.
Safety & Responsibility
Use of the sauna and bathing is at your own risk.
Always have at least two people in the sauna – never go alone.
Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, faint, or experience heart palpitations.
People with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, those who are pregnant (without doctor’s approval), or under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not use the sauna.
Keep the changing room door closed at all times.
In case of emergency:
Ambulance: 113
Police: 112
Fire: 110
After the Sauna
Cool down gradually and drink plenty of water.
Leave the sauna clean and ready for the next guests.
