Small personalized group training: achieving your fitness goals together

At Mat&Trening studio, we believe in the power of small personalized group sessions. Our small group sessions consist of a maximum of 4 participants, allowing for a focused and individualized experience. We are focusing on learning correct techniques, adjusting each training depending on the clients need and still manage to focus on everyone’s individual goals. Kangoo Jumps classes

Great cardio workout with chorepgraphy which you perform on a special shoes with an impact to jump - fun converge for a truly unique exercise experience. Perfect for all fitness levels, Kangoo Jumps classes provide a low-impact yet intense cardio session that helps to strengthen muscles, improve balance, and boost endurance. Our amazing instructors will guide you through a dynamic and enjoyable routine filled with dance-inspired moves and lively music, creating an energetic atmosphere that will keep you motivated from start to finish.

Dual Training - 2 persons

Dual training is a powerful fitness approach that pairs two individuals to train together, offering a range of benefits. Firstly, it boosts motivation and accountability by allowing each person to push and support the other, resulting in a more fulfilling workout experience. Secondly, it inspires healthy competition, driving individuals to reach their personal best. Moreover, dual training optimizes time management, as exercises can be modified or alternated for couples, maximizing limited workout sessions. You can have your partner with you or we can pair you up with another client.

‘Open floor’ group training

Open floor group training at offers a dynamic and engaging environment for up to 10 persons. This type of training brings together individuals with diverse fitness levels, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Each session is carefully crafted by our trainers, offering a combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. Participants have the opportunity to challenge themselves, work at their own pace, and receive personalized guidance from our trainers.

Personalized group training - create your own group

At our studio, we offer personalized group training for companies to enhance employee health and wellness. Our trainers lead workouts to meet specific group needs and goals, providing a fun and effective way to exercise together. Participants receive personalized attention, guidance, and motivation while having a great time together.

We also offer customized group training programs for group of friends or families based on preferences and fitness levels, adding accountability and making workouts enjoyable and effective.

Nutrition services

We all know that food and training should go together, therefore, in our studio we are also offering nutrition services to support our clients on their fitness journey. Our nutrition consultation includes a detailed body analysis test that allows us to assess your current body composition and identify areas of improvement; body measures so we can track your performance during your journey; consultation with our nutritionist after which you will receive a detailed personalized nutriton plan based on your daily routines, eating habbits and personal goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall well-being, our certified nutritionist will work closely with you to create a sustainable and balanced meal plan that meets your specific needs.
